Doors

We use powdercoated 18 gauge cold roll steel on our 2009 Polaris doors to ensure that our products are strong and durable, while being not excessively heavy.  Our doors are connected to the frame of the Ranger with clamps that make for an easy installation while not hindering the sturdiness of the mounting.  Also the door itself can easily be removed by lifting the door off its hinges even though the 09 Ranger Doors are reinforced with 1 in. square tubing to further make sure that you are receiving a quality product that will stand the test of time.  There is a trim around the edges of the door that is used for safety and provides a seal that will keep out leaking.  Our ¼” inch thick D.O.T. safety glass is also trimmed to keep a seal that will prevent leakage and give the windshield a more attractive look.  The top windows of our doors have duel sliding capabilities, and the latching system is both durable and reliable.  Our doors allow you to make adjustments to find your 2009 Polaris’ perfect fit.
